We are a non-profit organization based in Sweden focused on spreading sociocracy. Our geographic target area is primarily Sweden, and we cater to children, teenagers, and adults who want to communicate and make decisions in a way where everyone is heard.

Vladan Lausevic is a social entrepreneur who is active in issues related to democracy, politics and decentralization. Among other things, he has contributed to developing SONEC Sweden and the Social Systems Lab foundation as well as the democracy platform Circles. In addition to that, he usually writes about democracy issues via various media such as Tidningen Syre.
Vladan has previously been active in party politics in the Liberals and, among other things, had assignments as election ombudsman. He has also taught EU institutional and policy processes at Manipal University in India.

He is somewhat introverted, while at the same time he likes to speak and converse. For example, he find it fun to play improvisational theatre.
Göran's academic education is physics and computer science. He works as an IT consultant, mainly system development, for the consulting company Visionite. https://visionite.se/
He is a member of the board of the environmental organization Ekomodernisterna, which is part of the international network WePlanet.

Mats has developed the sociocratic organization for IMAGO couple therapy nationally and internationally. He is focused on introducing sociocracy into society. He has a particular interest in introducing a European version of the Children's Parliament. Mats has previous consulting experience in introducing system management models in both private and government organisations.
Mat's original education is civil engineering, which led to work in the IT industry in all roles. He finished as a management consultant before the therapy business became his main occupation from the beginning of the 2000s until now. Mats also has a bachelor's degree in psychology.
